To Our Boise Family Medicine Patients,

We are all experiencing an unprecedented time of uncertainty and unrest during this COVID-19 pandemic.  First, we want to let you know how much we appreciate your patience and understanding; the information and guidance we are receiving changes the way we practice medicine almost daily.  Our top priority is making sure the level of care we provide in this time of need continues to align with our mission and values.  In the coming weeks and months, the level of care we provide will continue unchanged, however, the way we administer it will likely continue to change; and in some instances, may look a little different than what you’re used to. We appreciate your help and support as we adapt our delivery of care to ensure the safety of our patients, providers, and staff. 

To limit the potential for the spread of infection, patients being seen for cold or flu symptoms are asked to call our office upon arrival and wait in their cars for guidance from our staff.  We are limiting access to our practice entrance and waiting area, to aide in our increased efforts of containment and sanitization of our office surfaces, furniture, and exam rooms, by our patients experiencing cold or flu symptoms or those who suspect a potential exposure to COVID-19 infection.  Based on your health care provider’s discretion, we may elect to provide car side services or utilize specified exam rooms not being used for treatment of our regular patient population.
